Health by Nature Return & Refund Policy

At Health by Nature we want you to love your Planttubby. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. General Returns (Unwanted Goods – 7 Day Policy)

If you have changed your mind, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided that: 

  • The product is unused, unplanted, and in its original, saleable condition.
  • It is in the original packaging with all parts, accessories, and instructions included.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice). 

Please note: For “change of mind” returns, you will be responsible for the cost of returning courier fees as well as a 5% handling/restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative costs. 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your Planttubby is defective or is damaged upon arrival: 

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery for damaged items (with photos).
  • For manufacturing defects that appear within 30 days of purchase, we will repair, replace, or refund the Planttubby.
  • Important: The warranty does not cover damage caused after delivery, improper assembly / setup, negligence or misuse (e.g. ignoring instructions on how to set up your Planttubby). 

3. Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, planted, or modified.
  • Products that were damaged after delivery.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 business days to your original method of payment. 

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged.
